RegClean (a.k.a RegClean 2008) is a corrupt drive cleaner tool and a clone of ErrorSweeper. Although it must be manually installed, it uses misleading advertising to persuade users into downloading. RegClean displays exaggerated error reports with the sole intention of tricking users into purchasing the “full” version of the program. RegClean is just another malware scam out of thousands roaming the Web: remove it immediately after detection.
